OXFORD, October 3, 2017 – N. David Porter, Managing Partner of Chancellor’s House LLC, is pleased to announce Weston Arntsen’s appointment as General Manager at the Chancellor’s House luxury boutique hotel in Oxford, MS. Drawing on his experience in luxury hotels such as Amangiri, Canyon Point, UT; Montage Deer Valley, Park City, UT; and Sundance Resort in Sundance, UT, Arntsen is responsible for all operations at Chancellor’s House located just steps from the historic Oxford Square.

Arntsen has been with Chancellor’s House in Oxford since its inception serving in the capacities of Pre-Opening Director of Guest Services and Hotel Manager, prior to his most recent elevation to General Manager. During his tenure, Arntsen has been responsible for creating, designing and implementing all facets of Guest Services for the hotel, and will continue the hotel’s pursuit of “setting the standard for luxurious lodging.”

Raised in Kingwood, Texas, Arntsen earned his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Utah Valley University. He fell in love with Oxford for its charm and beauty, and resides there with his wife, Alison, and three children.
